Who am I?
I’m Laurent Henry, an independent videographer, camera operator, editor and drone pilot. I help companies, brands and event teams in Lausanne produce clear, polished videos built around their objectives.

4 questionsDo you only work in central Lausanne or across the canton of Vaud?
I work throughout the canton of Vaud. I regularly film in central Lausanne, including Flon, Ouchy and the EPFL and UNIL campuses, as well as Morges, Vevey, Montreux and northern Vaud.
Can we meet in Lausanne before confirming the project?
Yes. A first conversation is often the best way to understand what you need. I can meet at your office or arrange a meeting in central Lausanne.
What happens if the weather is poor?
If local weather prevents good outdoor images, particularly for drone filming, we agree on a new filming date without a rescheduling penalty.
Are you used to filming in academic settings such as EPFL or UNIL?
Yes. I adapt the filming setup to research laboratories, startup incubators and lecture halls, with the aim of explaining the work clearly without disrupting the space.
Technical production
5 questionsWhat rules apply to drone filming in Lausanne?
Drone filming above central Lausanne or near Lake Geneva requires careful preparation. I check the exact location, airspace and current requirements, then handle the necessary steps with the relevant Swiss authorities when the flight is feasible.
Do you film in 4K, and what equipment do you use?
My productions are filmed in 4K. I mainly use Sony FX3 and A7 IV cameras, professional sound and portable lighting, with a DJI Air 3 available for aerial footage when conditions allow.
Can you record clear voices in noisy environments?
Yes. I use professional radio lavaliers and shotgun microphones to keep interviews clear and intelligible, including in workshops and other noisy production spaces.
Can you produce English and French versions?
Yes. I can run briefs and interviews in English or French, then deliver bilingual subtitles, separate language edits or additional translated versions in post-production.
Can you arrange a professional voice-over?
Yes. I can manage the casting, recording and mixing of a professional voice-over. We choose the language, voice and accent according to the audience and the intended use of the film.
Post-production
5 questionsHow long does a corporate video take to deliver?
The usual turnaround is one to two weeks after the final filming day, depending on the complexity of the edit. If you have a fixed deadline, I can adapt the schedule or quote for priority editing.
How many review rounds are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included in the initial quote so the final film can be adjusted to your feedback. Any additional changes are discussed and quoted separately.
Do you deliver versions for LinkedIn or Instagram?
Yes. The main film can be adapted into vertical 9:16 or square edits, with burnt-in subtitles when needed for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social channels.
Can we receive the original footage?
My work includes colour grading, so raw footage is not normally part of the final delivery. If you need the original files, usage and transfer can be discussed when the quote is prepared.
How long do you keep completed projects?
Completed projects are backed up for one year. I also recommend keeping your own copy of the final files as soon as the project is delivered.

A corporate film typically starts at around CHF 1,200 for a half-day shoot and one day of editing. The final quote depends on preparation, crew, equipment, filming time, editing and the required deliverables.
Can invoices be paid in Swiss francs?
Yes. I use an invoicing solution suited to Swiss clients, so services can be paid in Swiss francs.
Can you work as a production partner for a Lausanne agency?
Yes. I regularly work behind the scenes for communication and event agencies in the Lausanne area, either managing a lightweight production or joining the team as a camera operator or drone pilot.

Brief, recce, shot list, filming, editing, colour grading, graphics and exports: each step is structured to remove uncertainty and keep the project moving smoothly.
Delivery formats, editing timelines, included feedback rounds, social media versions and usage rights are set out in the quote, so the intended use of the video is clear from the start.
