Around Lake Annecy, I produce corporate films, employer-branding videos, sport and outdoor content, interviews and aftermovies. Each project is planned around the location, light, access, filming constraints and the final use of the video.
Example: a destination launch film for Explore Savoie combining tourism, landscapes and a collective story.
I am Laurent Henry, an independent videographer and drone pilot. I work with companies, brands, institutions and event organisers around Annecy through a direct, carefully crafted and practical approach.
Every shoot is developed as a story: purpose, field constraints, ground and drone filming, visual direction, editing, colour grading and formats suited to your communication channels.

Filming in Annecy requires careful preparation: changing light on the lake, restricted access in the old town, fast-moving mountain weather, sensitive drone zones and high visitor numbers in season. I work on corporate, event, outdoor and tourism projects for companies, agencies, institutions and sporting brands in the Annecy area.
Corporate films for local companies and agencies, employer-branding videos, executive interviews, sporting aftermovies and tourism or outdoor content around the lake and nearby resorts.
Aerial filming around the lake is assessed case by case: Annecy-Meythet airport, built-up areas, nature reserves, terrain and weather all matter. I check the constraints, plan any required permissions and always provide a ground-camera alternative when flying is not appropriate.

Discuss your project
A relevant field-production example for Annecy organisations: effort, pace, nature, progression and immersive images used to tell an outdoor story.
A film relevant to lake and sailing destinations: competition, fair play, a shared atmosphere and an event story built around an international regatta.
Brand content built around product evidence: thermal spring water, sensitive skin, local production and expert voices make a technical subject accessible.
Of course. A direct conversation is important when planning a film. We can arrange a video call, meet in central Annecy or discuss the project at your premises.
For complex shoots such as factories or major mountain events, scouting helps plan light and logistics. For a straightforward office interview, I arrive early on the filming day to identify the best setup.
The weather around Annecy can change quickly. If light or rain would compromise the film, particularly for drone flights, we reschedule the filming date without an additional rescheduling fee.
I mainly work independently as a director and camera operator, which keeps the production responsive and the budget controlled. For larger projects, I bring in trusted local specialists such as a sound recordist, second drone pilot or lighting technician.
Once the quote is approved, a 30% deposit secures the date in my calendar. The balance is invoiced when the final video is delivered.
Sound matters as much as the image. I use professional lavalier and shotgun microphones to isolate voices in noisy settings such as factories, outdoor events or busy offices.
Drone rules around the lake are strict because of Annecy-Meythet airport, the Bout du Lac nature reserve and built-up areas. As a pilot registered with the French DGAC, I assess these constraints and handle the required permissions.
Yes. Outdoor shoots involving trail running, cycling or sailing around the Aravis or Semnoz require fitness and lightweight, stabilised, weather-resistant equipment. This is one of my main areas of experience.
Yes. All ground-camera and drone footage is recorded in 4K using flat Log profiles. This allows precise colour grading in post-production and provides footage suitable for long-term use.
The first cut is generally delivered 2 to 3 weeks after filming. The schedule may vary depending on editing complexity and any urgent requirements.
Yes. From the main film, I can create shorter vertical 9:16 or square 1:1 edits for LinkedIn and Instagram.
My quotes include two feedback rounds covering adjustments to cuts, music or text so the film matches the agreed brief. Further changes are billed separately.
I retain the final edit and raw footage on secure drives for one year. After that period, you should keep your own backup of all delivered files.
Every project is different, but a professional corporate production generally starts at around €900, including half a day of filming and one day of editing. I provide a clear, detailed quote after our first discussion.
Yes. I regularly support digital and event agencies in the region. On location, I integrate with your team and represent your agency discreetly in front of the end client.
Raw footage is not normally included by default because colour grading and editing are part of my visual work. If you or your agency have an in-house editing team, raw-footage delivery can be included in the quote.
Yes. A professional voice-over can strengthen a corporate film. I work with professional voice artists and can arrange recording in French or English for international audiences.
Production guarantees
Every project is prepared within a professional framework: location constraints, safety, usage rights, delivery formats and the schedule are clarified before production begins.
As a professional drone pilot, I check flight zones, local restrictions, weather, required authorisations and ground-based alternatives when flying is not appropriate.
Each shoot is planned with safety in mind: location checks, access, permissions, suitable equipment and professional insurance for work with companies, agencies and venues.
Brief, recce, shot list, filming, editing, colour grading, graphics and exports: each step is structured to remove uncertainty and keep the project moving smoothly.
Delivery formats, editing timelines, included feedback rounds, social media versions and usage rights are set out in the quote, so the intended use of the video is clear from the start.
