Show the setting
An aerial shot immediately establishes a lake, mountain, estate, industrial site, construction project, hotel, event or destination. It gives viewers a perspective that ground footage cannot always provide.
Professional aerial filming / France & Switzerland
Carefully planned aerial footage for corporate films, tourism projects, events, property videos and outdoor content, with flight feasibility and permissions checked for each location.
A different perspective
I use it to make a place easier to understand, reveal its scale, create breathing space in the edit and produce footage that works across your communication channels.
An aerial shot immediately establishes a lake, mountain, estate, industrial site, construction project, hotel, event or destination. It gives viewers a perspective that ground footage cannot always provide.
In a corporate, property or tourism film, drone footage adds visual breathing space and a stronger sense of scale.
Tracking shots, reveals, controlled flyovers, slow descents or FPV lines: every movement is chosen to support the edit.
Weather, safety, populated areas, the nature of the site and required permissions are checked before filming, avoiding last-minute surprises on the shoot.
Aerial footage can be used in a main film, vertical edits, social media teasers or campaign content.
Applications
Present a site, showcase architecture, explain industrial activity, follow a construction project, introduce a brand film or add scale to a corporate interview.
Film a destination, race, outdoor event, tourism launch, aftermovie or experience in nature with a more immersive visual approach.
Safety & permissions
As a drone pilot registered with the French DGAC, I prepare each flight around the location, weather, regulations and safety constraints. Where required in France, permit applications are handled in advance.
In Switzerland, every project is assessed individually according to the location, local restrictions, safety conditions and any required permissions. The aim is simple: create strong images without promising a flight that cannot be carried out.
Field experience
It is a real pleasure working with Laurent on demanding shoots such as La Saharienne in Costa Rica or Dragons in the Camargue. He is a talented videographer and drone pilot, highly professional and always reliable, even in difficult conditions.
Drone project
This film was not shot locally. It shows how landscape, light, relief and camera movement can be composed into aerial images that remain clear and cinematic.

Annecy, Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Chambéry, Thonon-les-Bains and Évian-les-Bains: every location requires its own planning, light assessment and permissions.
Process
Film objective, audience, locations, delivery formats and schedule constraints.
Airspace review, weather, safety, permissions and shot planning.
4K capture, controlled flight paths and coordination with ground filming where required.
Main film, short edits, vertical formats, colour grading and exports adapted to each channel.
Budget
Drone filming is not priced on flight time alone. The quote depends on the location, safety constraints, permissions, filming time and required deliverables.

I am Laurent Henry, an independent videographer and drone pilot. I combine location planning, ground filming, aerial footage and editing to produce films that are practical, visually strong and ready to use.
I use drone footage when it genuinely adds something to the film: establishing a location, revealing a site, opening up the edit, following sporting action or raising the production value of a project.
Yes. I am registered as a professional drone pilot with the French DGAC. Each flight is planned around the regulations, location, weather, safety constraints and required permissions.
Some locations require specific applications, particularly in built-up areas, near sensitive infrastructure or on regulated sites. When necessary, these are handled before the shoot.
Yes, but every project in Switzerland is assessed individually. The location, safety conditions, environment, airspace and required permissions all determine whether a flight is feasible.
Drone footage can be included in a main film, delivered as short edits, adapted into vertical social formats or supplied as an aerial footage library for campaigns.
I can provide aerial filming on its own, but drone footage is often stronger as part of a complete film with ground shots, interviews, atmosphere and a structured edit.
Yes. Drone footage is captured and delivered professionally, with high-resolution recording, colour grading and exports for websites, social media or event screens.
Drone flights depend heavily on wind, rain and visibility. If conditions compromise safety or image quality, the flight is adapted, rescheduled or replaced with another filming approach.
The quote depends on the location, planning time, permissions, filming duration and required editing. After an initial discussion, I provide an estimate tailored to how the footage will actually be used.
I mainly work across Switzerland and France, including Annecy, Thonon-les-Bains, Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux and Chambéry, subject to regulations and weather.
