“Working with Laurent on our video projects was a real pleasure and thoroughly professional. His ground-filming expertise and command of drone work enabled us to create promotional content of exceptional quality. These films have become a valuable way to showcase our tourist routes and the beauty of our region. We are delighted with both the result and the collaboration, and would gladly recommend him.”
Photo & video production / Premium real estate
Real estate videographerHaute-Savoie & French-speaking Switzerland
Films, photography and drone footage for luxury villas, chalets, estates, hotels and exceptional properties across Haute-Savoie and French-speaking Switzerland.
01 / Approach
A real estate film that matches the property
A high-end property film does more than move from room to room. It helps buyers understand the volumes, flow, light and setting before their first visit.
I work with real estate agencies, brokers, developers, architects, hoteliers and owners who want to present a luxury villa, chalet, estate or exceptional property with imagery that reflects its positioning.
A production can combine film, property photography and drone footage. The final assets are prepared for the agency website, property portals, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, sales packs and paid campaigns.
-
01
Show how the property works
Camera movement gives viewers a natural sense of scale, flow and the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.
-
02
Bring in better-qualified enquiries
Buyers from further afield can assess the property before travelling, helping the agency focus viewings on genuinely interested prospects.
-
03
Strengthen the agency's image
A polished presentation also raises the perceived quality of the listing and shows how carefully the agency represents the properties entrusted to it.
Client project
Mer & Soleil
A real estate film designed to make viewers want to visit, understand the spaces and see the property in its wider setting.
Ground-level shots establish the visit. Aerial footage reveals the scale and location. The edit stays fluid, giving viewers room to imagine themselves there without turning the property into an advert.
- Immersive property tour
- Stabilised ground footage
- Aerial footage
- Editing and colour grading
- Web and social media delivery

“We are an Annecy-based communications agency and Laurent joined us on a video project. Everything went smoothly: he quickly understood the client’s needs, built a strong relationship with them and delivered high-quality work. Available, personable, professional and very reliable.”
“We asked Laurent to produce two corporate films. His professionalism, responsiveness and ability to listen really stood out. The finished films are excellent.”
03 / Properties filmed
Places with a story to tell
Each property calls for a different visual approach. A villa overlooking Lake Geneva is not filmed like a chalet in Megève, a wine estate or an architect-designed apartment in Geneva.

Photo, film & drone
One shoot, several uses
The shoot is planned around the channels the agency actually uses. The aim is not to produce more files, but to deliver the right formats to market the property.
-
01
Property photography
Ground-level photography created for listings, sales packs, the agency website and marketing materials.
-
02
Drone photography & video
Where regulations and the site allow, drone footage reveals the property’s setting, plot, views and surroundings.
-
03
Main property film
A cinematic landscape-format tour for the website, YouTube, a dedicated property page or a private presentation.
-
04
Vertical Reels & teasers
Short 9:16 edits for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and the agency’s social campaigns.
-
05
Agent-led presentation
The agent appears on camera to guide the visit, explain the property’s strengths and build a more direct connection with prospective buyers.
-
06
Voice-over
A voice-over can guide the story when the agent would rather stay off camera, while giving the visit a clear narrative thread.
04 / Process
From brief to delivery, without adding work to the listing
Planning & recce
Address, property type, target audience, schedule, distribution channels and key features. The recce can be carried out on site or from a detailed property file.
Editorial preparation
I plan the route through the property, build a shot list and, where needed, prepare the agent’s script or voice-over. Light and weather are considered in advance.
Photo & video shoot
Wide shots, details, stabilised movement, exteriors, views, photography and drone footage, depending on the agreed scope and available permissions.
Post-production & formats
Selection, editing, colour grading, sound treatment, licensed music, titles and ready-to-publish landscape or vertical exports.
Haute-Savoie & French-speaking Switzerland
Around Lake Geneva, into the Alps
I work on both sides of Lake Geneva and in Alpine resorts, depending on the project. This covers agencies operating across Haute-Savoie, Geneva, the canton of Vaud and Valais.
For drone work, every address is assessed before the shoot. Airspace, safety, neighbours and local rules may alter the flight plan or call for a different approach.

05 / Questions
Real estate video FAQ
Useful answers before organising a property photo and video production in Haute-Savoie or French-speaking Switzerland.
Which properties benefit from a professional real estate film?
Film is particularly valuable for villas, chalets, estates, architect-designed apartments, hotels, new developments and properties whose setting is part of their appeal. It is also useful when marketing to international buyers or clients based further away.
Do you also provide property photography?
Yes. Photography and film can be produced during the same shoot, giving the agency a consistent set of visuals for listings, its website, sales packs and social media, with one person coordinating the production.
Can a drone be used indoors and outdoors?
Outdoor drone shots depend on the address, regulations, weather and safety. Indoors, I usually use a stabilised camera, which is better suited to furnished spaces. An FPV approach is considered only when the location and concept genuinely call for it.
Do you work in Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux and Valais?
Yes. I work throughout Haute-Savoie and French-speaking Switzerland, including Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux and Valais. Travel and any location-specific production constraints are set out in the quote.
How much does a high-end real estate film cost?
The Signature package starts at €800 excluding tax in France and CHF 800 excluding tax in Switzerland. It includes 40 to 50 photographs, a landscape film, a vertical edit and drone footage where conditions allow. Property size, travel and options may adjust this starting price.
How much time should be allowed on site?
The time required depends on the floor area, number of spaces and deliverables. A complete photo and video production takes longer than a teaser. The schedule is agreed in advance around the light, property access and the availability of everyone involved.
Which formats will we receive?
Depending on the project: a landscape film, teaser, vertical Reels, edited photography, short extracts and files prepared for the agency website, social media and sales materials. The exact formats are listed in the quote before filming.
Can the agent present the property on camera?
Yes. An on-camera presentation can add pace and explain the property’s features. I can prepare a simple outline, organise the agent’s contribution and record clean sound without making the film feel overly promotional.
Do you work with real estate agencies on a regular basis?
Yes. A repeatable workflow can be set up across several listings, with a consistent visual style, stable deliverables and a simpler approval process. Terms are based on the actual volume of work and locations involved.
